promoting : "Authentic Quality, Genuinely handmade by master weavers directly!
After more than 45 days, waiting, I finally received a shipment in a "plastic bag" with no protection, a "hat made of paper in China, with the worst quality you can imagine", and completely wrinkled and un-usable
Contacted their support email: vipcustomerservice24hours.support, which yes, they responded within a day or 2 and claimed the fraud they were doing offering a Real hand made top quality Panama hat, and delivering a piece of waste, paper china hat, with no shape as was completely wrinkled. Therefore demanding my money back, which they refused and offering a replacement, which this time, was suppose to be a real "Panama Hat" , it's been 3 months, and numerous emails from me following up, which get response, but never confirmed a new delivery for the product, and just making excuses, that they are "checking on it"
So it's just a fraudulent website promoting in INSTAGRAM selling fake very very low quality products advertised as real.
