I received a letter in the mail stating I owed money for parking at a place I never parked. They showed my license plate number on the letter but the license plate on the car looked like a piece of paper with some of the letters not clear. Could not tell what kind of car it was either. How can they forge letters on a car and then charge me for parking somewhere I never parked. Isn’t this illegal.
