The item I ordered was poor quality and when I tried to return the item they began to bargain with me. The offered to pay me eleven dollars if I kept the item. When I refused they then offered 20 dollars for me to keep it. I replied I didn't want to bargain with them. I wanted the number they needed to provide me so I could return as per their policy. I have not heard back from them since.
