1) Husband never had diabetes - blood sugars were always normal !!
2) NEVER received monitors or supplies indicated !!
3) 2 of the billings dated > 30 days after husband passed away.
4) Pvt. insurance picked up on fraud, I informed Medicare of the fraud, person I talked to seemed familiar with company.
