Tickets emailed ~15 minutes later - they had our names and a date on them, but no QR code; no seat assignments; no indication of class of railcar.
Additionally, there's no on-line customer service, no phone number etc.
Getting suspicious, we looked into Rail Ninja more carefully. They are based in Hong Kong, with presences in Europe & USA (Florida office??).
As one reviewer stated on line:
"I later found out that Rail Ninja bought different domain names to dupe unsuspecting customers and when you made a booking through other pages, it would be redirected to the Rail Ninja payment page. "That's why they successfully managed to scam so many victims."Feb 9, 2023
