I bought clothes back in June and they said that they was going to resend it and it will take 7 to 15 business days before it will arrive. I would check the tracking number each time then it will say delivered never received my packages.

They are using known companies and creating fake ads on social media to get customers to buy from their site. Once you make a purchase you are then emailed a receipt. However the receipt has a different name on it and a different email. You’re given updates for 3 weeks straight daily saying USPS not being able to deliver or process the package. There’s only an email address from customer support that doesn’t respond.

Placed in order over 2 months and I never received my package when I emailed customer service the responded a day after saying I needed to be patient because the package was still in transit and it will arrive soon and sorry for inconvenience.
