I order products from this company waited for approximately 2 months never recieved my products. I notified the company to hear thst the carrier informed them that the product was received. The date the the carrier stated the product was recieved was the same date of the response from the company that it was recieved. The time the email was sent was at 5:18am and the carrier stated that the product was delivered at 3:15pm. Which is unbelievable since at 5:18am of email is before the delivery time. I notified the company and recieved a generic email stating they are working to rectify the issue and offered to send out a second order. They are full of it and should be shut down from scamming any more people. I so glad I only lost $22.89. Waiting on my credit card company to reimburse me.

After 1 month of ordering I tracked my order and it stated delivered. 2 problems with that, I don't my items and there isn't anyone on my ring video doorbell which also detcts packages. So no package.

I ordered some clothing items because I lost a lot of my clothing during a tornado in May. It took them 32 days to shipped the items and I also tracked the package on a daily bases. On Monday July 1st I got a message that the package was delivered but I never received anything and can't contact anyone because they only answer questions and concerns every 24 hours. Tried contacting the carrier but they only speak Chinese. I lost 25 dollars and still have to find a way to recover clothes from the storm.
