The jeans arrived are were bad quality and not the right size.
I sent an email to their (Reciclar Factory) customer support and was requested to send a photo of the label and to measure the jeans.
I refused to do this and sent numerous email requesting return information. Ellie told me it is a company headquartered in the US but warehouses in China.
Every email just repeats the request for a photo of the label. I have since seen numerous reviews calling them out as a scam. They also have connections in Canada.
