I received a product I bought from this website that was advertised to me through Instagram social media. It took an entire month to ship and was very poor quality and way too small. I contacted support to try and return it, but they refused to refund me and only offered me a "5USD" compensation for the "inconvenience". I fought and emailed back and forth and they finally agreed to refund me, but didn't say for how much and how they were going to refund me. They said it would be too expensive to return and ship back so they pushed and pushed for me to keep the product and just accept what I had. I paid $40 for a terrible quality product that they aren't helping me get a refund for.
