Recomco is a Chinese owned real estate company doing business in the United States. Specifically, Sugar land, Houston area and Fort Bend County. Annie Luo creates fake Texas real estate leases, adds outrageous charges and files unjust court proceedings. I’m addition to having access to personal information, Annie Luo has scammed several tenants out of thousands of dollars through residential and commercial property transactions.
