When looking for Washington State birth certificate copies this "recordsdocshelp.com" came up at top search in Google. When clicking on the link it offered 3 options for certificates. My granddaughter chose Birth Certificate. After providing name, birthday, address and parents names it showed the prices for the service, then payment info, and after charging $207 for an expedite service, asked for the last 4 SSN digits and driver's license number, which did not allowed letters in it. We could not pass this section because of the license number being a requirement. No cancel button available, just "save and continue". We called the number provided in the "Contact us" page, the automatic answering mentioned a different website ("usbirthcertificate.com). The person that answered "helped' us with the refund request. But when typing the website URL it brought us to a totally different website. We had to Google search for "Washington birth certificate" to get to the first site. The refund confirmation email has a different URL and another email to respond with another URL ending, etc.
