If you receive a text from "Recovering Agency Revenue" claiming to have refunded a value (This text said 73.59) they will give you a website and on said website is a list of banks when you click one it will open an obviously information phishing scam trying to get all of your banking info. You would have to be pretty foolish to give up the kind of information they are asking for but I felt this needed to be made public as this was a test to my private phone.
