I received a call on 20 September 2017 at 13:06 hours, from an automated dialer and pre-recorded statement then a gentleman came on the phone stating that I formal complaint that was filed against the person at my number, but then I hear an automated recording state the name Rachel Martin who the complaint is against. I am currently looking into the theft and fraudulent use of my credit card and financial information while I was away during military service. So this call was very disconcerting and worrisome. The person on the line refused to identify the company they worked for and I did not get a clear name as to the person calling, neither did I receive an employee number. There was no choice to request a procedure to investigate if you are the person in question they are seeking and to remove your number. However due to the theft of financial information I want an investigation by this company and into this company as to who is using my contact information. When you call the number back they either hang up on you or do not answer and disconnect their voice mail.
