I ordered Zen Fit off Facebook, my credit card denied the purchase, flagged it as suspicious. I saw the add again, tried to order, again my C/C flagged it and denied it. I was surprised then that I got an email notification the next day that my order was being processed. I received the product, accepted it, didn’t think about it until I received another shipment the following month. I did not make a reoccurring order. I called the phone number 866-413-7364 and 866-207-74444. Three times the person confirmed my information, when I said I wanted to cancel any future orders, I was told that they were experiencing technical difficulties and someone would call me back. No phone calls. I believe it’s a scam, I want the charges to stop.

Scammer charged credit card 33.00. Month since 1/10/23. Unable to find legitimate business location. Address given not found. No description of what this business is found online

I signed up for the one-time cleaning at the discounted rate. The website hires a local cleaner to come and clean, however, a series of events led to the cleaner not showing the first time and then coming late the next day. He did an alright job but the process was disappointing, so I canceled further appointments the website made for me. There was a confusing bi-weekly system to sign up for and I just went in and attempted to cancel everything. Had receipts for all of the cancelations. This was a few months ago. Today I found a charge for $52.95 because somehow, I was signed up for a membership for a cleaning every few weeks. Turns out they have charged me $52.92 3 times since then, for a total of $158.85. Their website offers no phone number and only one method to submit a ticket with a 24-hour response time. They responded with the following. I canceled my card so they could not charge me any more money. they are trying to charge me more for my original cleaning 4-months ago. None of this was in email so I had no way of knowing unless I watched my transactions. because there were no receipts via email or text.

I don't remember ordering anything as to where I would be charged a monthly cost. I don't things that charge a monthly charge. I don't have any info about this company except they appeared on my bank account.
