I prepaid for a sweatshirt at a craft show October 6 2023 the seller Nancy from Red Barn assured me I would have it in 2weeks. However I still have not received the product I've contacted her several times thru text message saying I've still have not received it she gives me every excuse in the book I've asked for my money back she refuses. She always says it's in the mail. I've talked to her again on Wednesday December 13th and asking where my sweatshirt is she claims she's put it in mail well I contacted again December 13th and she says it's in mail she's been saying that for 2 months I live in lake Elmo there's no was it takes over 2 months to receive a sweatshirt from apple valley mn. Also I've asked to come pick it up n she keeps giving me excuses excuses. I've been very nice and I'm tired of her lieing she needs to be investigated
