Purchased a dress for Halloween Sept 6, 2023. Claimed it was coming from Ireland. Charge was supposed to be $49.98, charged me $63. See the package stuck in Oregon for 2 weeks, i emailed them, they apologized and gave me a new tracking number that said the package was coming from the mid west. Finally received my package which said it actually came from Washington state a month and a half later and it was a flimsy black dress that looked nothing like the gorgeous flowy dress with full moons and sparkles on it and mesh sleeves. The dress they sent looked like a witches black dress from a dollar store. I complained and they claimed it was my mail carrier etc but i told them i received it and it wasn't my order. We went back and forth multiple times and they offered me a $10 refund once i complained to PayPal. I refused and escalated the issue. They then offered me my full refund of $63 of i returned the item at a cost of $104 to China! Not where the order supposedly originated, over charged me, and sent a cheap item not resembling my order. Complete scam and I've lost $170 trying to get a refund on a 39.99 dress i tried to buy. Compete Scam.
