cancel any unacknowledged billing plan or scheme for repeat shipments from some third party fulfillment agent (the only identifiable party involved in the scam operation). Reported unknown unauthorized charges to PayPal mastercard for 68.12 from biller MAXIMUM21PL / TEL8004592154 & 71.33 from REDMOUNTAIN* which PayPal mc has temporarily refunded pending investigation. I called the 800 number & requested cancellation of the so called subscription & the customer support staffer gave a cancellation confirmation #. I asked the rep to note on the account that I was never given an opportunity to prevent the subscription charges from initiating or continuing & reported same to PayPal mc.
