Phone number listed on product and website doesnt work...so i located a different phone number on my bank statement and was able to speak with a woman who said she would check into why i had not received product. Shortly after that call i received a tracking text that stated my product could not be delivered. I called back and a guy answers but says the woman was on lunch and he would have her return my call about refund when she returned. AND NOTHING! Ive used this product before but had never ordered directly from the company because Amazon usually carried the producr but didnt show that they even had the product now.
