I placed an order on 9/14/24. Tracking information was sent in 9/25/24. As of 10/22/24, the tracking information has not changed indicating nothing was ever picked up by a carrier. After researching the company further, I’ve discovered countless others with the same issue. Customer service is only willing to offer a 50% refund even though there is no evidence of the product existing or having shipped.
