I order a outdoors cat house. Still have not received it even though the track # said delivered on August 3rd. 2020. I order this back in April 2020. No, way to email or contact by number. Not, very happy and reporting this so no one else gets scammed.. plus will be reporting to BBB

Ordered a cat enclosure on April 24, 2020 and I haven't received it yet. Tried calling and the phone number isn't in service. Email them asking for a refund and haven't heard from them. According to their webpage we can get a refund as long as the product hasn't shipped,and I've been waiting over a month for them to send the product.
