Purchased a jersey on redwingsofficialstore.com. The item took a while to arrive and when it did, it didn't fit the recipient. Their website states that a full refund can be made within 365 days, so I used their customer contact page to get in touch. They responded like normal, asking for photos of the item (I assume to make sure it's still in good condition, which it is). They then proceeded to say that it's too expensive to make and ship the items they sell, so I should be content with a minimal 10% refund and I can keep the item. I have firmly and politely said no, stated their return policy and shown screenshots of my receipt to outline that it's within the correct timeframe. In the most recent exchange, they've upped the refund to 40% and I can keep the item, but I do not want it. I have offered to ship the item myself, in good faith of a full refund when they receive and still nothing. There's no phone number to contact or I would also call. They keep telling me that what they're offering is a "good deal" and I should be "peaceful" and that "If you want to return the items,you need to pay for the expensive shipping fee

and it will run risk for you to return back the items,the order will get lost in transit easily.

I'm over it. Is this illegal? In any case, this website is a scam.
