Hello (my name here), I'm David Daniels Human resource manager for Reeney Construction LLC. I am very happy and delighted to let you know that you have been selected by our company for Procurement Manager position refer back to your Recruiter John Barrett for proper orientation and guidance. Congrats!
(Me): And I am hired based on no interview where both you and I can ask questions because quite honestly this is not the way a normal hiring process goes. Please elaborate more on the company and the role and pay etc.

David: This ain’t no scam in any kind of way as you won’t be spending a dime from your pocket.
Me: Correct but my “onboarding” would require me to provide personal information like my ss# etc and possibly checking account information for direct deposit. So no I wouldn’t spend a dime but you would have access to my bank and can assume my identity. No thanks
David: I don’t want any access to your personal info like ssn whatsoever so all that is needed is just the info which you have provided already.

Basically they are using LinnkedIn to locate people looking for work and offering $2,000 a week income and then if you apply you atomically get hired?
