I was scanned by a Reese's box for $1.95. Then a week later they charged me $99.98! But this has now prevented me (a hard working mother of 4) from paying my water bill! They took the money I had saved for my water bill. I was trying to do something nice for my children. SUCH [censored]!

They are using Reese's for there scam..
Get a box of dresses for 2.00 an then they charge your card over 99.00 on top of it..
The 99.00 was my gas money an food money for the week..
