Phone call was received on 9/13/2016 @ app.9:20am. Caller identified himself as VICTOR, working in refund Division of the BBB. Proceeded to explain that I had purchased computer service, that was canceled by me, and that I needed help with a refund. I did tell him that I had received my refund credit thru the Credit Card used. My daughter-in-law called and got the business(?) associated with the number, eventually being connected with Victor, with the same explanation.
