Called the company and ask about charge. They were clam they where sorry. Ask for a cancelation and full refund. Was told they wont cancel and told me i could only get a 35% refund of about 58 dollars. When i told them i wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager. They claimed no one was available, and they were having high value of calles. Told them again i would like to speak to a supervisor or manager. Was told this call was over, and was hung up on.
