Royal Portraits stole money from me last Christmas by charging my credit card for their product then failing to produce. After 4 months of pursuing a resolution, they finally stopped answering support emails and the company shut down, keeping my money (and that of hundreds of others, if the online reports are to be believed).

Today, I started receiving marketing from "Regal Portraits" with the same images and product available, and I would be willing to wager they're the same scammers trying another round.

Regal Portraits changed their name from Royal Portraits which they used in 2020. However as no one received their orders including myself, everyone reported that business as a scam as you have on your website. Just this week 4/14/21 they are texting and emailing people about their new services via Regal Portraits. They do not list an address, nor a working phone number. The one they texted me from does not receive incoming calls. I lost money with them last year but not this year.
