I had been looking at solutions to stop smoking when this add popped up for two bottles of gummies for reduced price. I clicked on the link and there is a reservation number so I proceed to fill in information. Click next, and it has populated an additional 3 bottle plus 2 bottles of another product. No where to remove these so I assume there will be a page to look over and finalize payment. So I click next, stupid move, it says order placed. I look at my credit card statement and the have already taken the money, $259.99 to be exact. I immediately call the number to cancel, get a person I can hardly understand and told her I wanted to cancel, she said they can’t do that because it was an oder placed by me. Yes I placed it and now want to cancel. The website is very misleading and quite frankly a scam, I told her. She said no scam, I told her since they haven’t shipped please cancel and refund my money. Again she told me can’t do that. I have since started a dispute with my credit card company. I also tried to send email to the address on receipt ( undeliverable). The receipt they sent me is different than the one they sent my credit union.
