Ordered this on December 10, 2024. Tracking it first order was ‘cancelled’. Another ‘update’ with a new order # and tracking info, still ‘in transit’. This product was mentioned on what looked to be a credible website that reviews LED light masks. I did not know it was a Chinese company. Now trying to get ahold of the company, online chat~says they will respond in a few hours, no response. Called the number and automated “with other customers, leave your name and phone number and we will get back to you” then it hangs up. No return phone call.
