I consider Regency Eye cream is deceiving the public allowing the public to believe they are receiving free product. I received item in mail with no bill and no return address. I thought I was receiving a free product. Not satified with product due to irritation, I disposed it. No bills came and then I received a collection notice for $99.01 in mail. I consider this to be a scam. I am going to pay it due to the fact they are threatening to destroy my credit. There should be someone out there that has more control on companies proclaiming false information.
