I purchased a trial size portion of an anti-aging cream for 4.95. They shipped full sized product billing $89 for one then $87 for the other. I called to return, but was told that they do not accept returns. Basically I was stuck and out of my money. Then on March 19th I found another package of the product in my mailbox. I called to return and they stated that I ordered

another sample in March, not true!!! They will not give me an authorization number to return the product! They claim they do not accept returns! They billed me again. How may I recover my money from them? I already changed my card number.
