They just screwed me over. They didn't ask for any phone number for the delivery or anything, it's just a fake shop.
You can also see it on Instagram, they blocked all the commentary of their publications just so nobody can't critic and say the truth about the brand. I've denounced them and it would be great if everybody could do it !

I made my purchase for a hoodie on Cyber Monday, Nov. 30th, 2021. I was supposed to receive my hoodie in 3-5 business days. I had forgotten about the order for about 2 weeks and sent them an email to get a status update.
I received a timely response, which angers me because whoever created this scam is doing a great job at it.
Here is the first email response I received
"Hi Abby! We hope you are doing well.
It is very important for us to always help you!
We want to let you know that your order is being processed.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are working our hardest to get your order shipped in the next few days!
Please stay in touch with us! We will always be glad to give you updates on the status of your order.
Thank you! Have a great week."
Fast forward 2 more weeks (Dec. 27th), I follow up again and they say its currently in production and it should be shipped out in the next few days.
Now 7 weeks after I placed the order, I follow up again and receive this.
"Hi Abby! How are you? We hope you are doing well!
We are sorry for the wait; your order is currently in production!
We want to explain that the reason behind our delay is that we are working with a long delay since we have reduced 60% of our staff in order to take the necessary measures to protect the lives of our employees.
In addition to that, our supplier is having the same delay as us and this is another reason why the orders are taking so long. But don't worry! Your package will be shipped soon. We are estimating a maximum of 10-15 days, but we believe it is going to be less than that. We are a small business and the pandemic has really affected us.

Feb. 6th, 2021 I follow up again and asked for my money back. This is what I receive...

Time after time the response is different yet the same.
From what I have seen, they have people posting their clothing products on Instagram and on their website to make it look legit. They have had reviews state they bought their clothes over Christmas and love it. If that's true, then where is my hoodie?
I have tried so many times to either get what I paid them for or my money back.
They have a feature on their website where you can go to get the status of your order. I did that and guess what? My order was not found. That was the final straw for me.

I understand $45 isn't a lot of money, but its the fact of the matter that they are scamming many many people AND using Covid-19 as an excuse to do so??
They hide negative reviews online so they look like such a great store to shop at. I want to shut them down.
