The man who emailed me claimed that I “had potential to become a successful travel agent” less than a week after I submitted a job application. I attended the webinar to see what his game was, and sure enough, it was a prerecorded hour long session of him speaking over a less than convincing PowerPoint flurry of images and earning totals that sounded way too good to be true. At the end, he claimed new agents had to pay either a $320 annual fee (heavily pushed as a “deal”) or $49 a month. I decided to decline and not pay anything, but couldn’t shake the feeling that something was very wrong with this whole setup. I hope something can be done about this person and soon.

Thsi job came to me via linked In and I thought I could trust t hem. They emailed me originally, from a company called "Rental Cars". I didn't save their email, as the next email came from Edwin: [email protected]

They asked for wedinar wehre peopel chatted but we could not sare with each otehr or the host, Edwin. They asked for $49 per month to "join the cmpany' or a sale of $396 up front one payment, and then reduced monthly of $33. They showed gorgeous travel sites around the world as Edwin talks about earning $4k in one month commission for part time 15 hours of work. He claimed to give us a contact list. I didn't sign up. Instead I tried to call, the number didnt' work, I emailed Edwin about the contact list. How could they offer contacts to so many "employees"; and he emailed me back that I should look at the "commission structure" on the sign up site and see that I can earn a lot of money. No explanation of why a company charges as fee to an "em0loyee" ....Thanks for tracking this mysterious company.

Emailed with a job opportunity as a travel agent and a request to join a webinar which talked about travel packages which could be booked as well as potential earnings from commissions from $400 per booking up to $30,000. Then asked to pay a fee of either $54 monthly or $363 annually to start own travel agency.
