offered hotel room for sold out Fairmont Lake Louise, but no such booking. Complained to hotel and credit card. Credit card stated they provided "documents" confirming reservation, but the Fairmont did not confirm a reservation. Fairmont now states they have tried to resolve the issue with Rehlat, but Rehalt keeps responding with generic "we will work on this." Rehalt google reviews all confirm it is a scam.
