I had the same experience of purchasing two of the bird window hangings which was just like the previous person. Was sent from Europe but in the meantime I got a notice it was coming from China. Was plastic and they also made me pay the postage in order to get my order. I had FREE SHIPPING! So if you don't pay the postage then you do not get your purchase and DO NOT get a refund.

Just notified today that I have another item at the P.O. that needs the postage paid as the label is counterfeit. I ALREADY PAID THE POSTAGE ON THIS ITEM. And I will not get my order unless I pay the P.O. This is a total rip off and I feel stupid as I did not check things out on line first. I was shopping for Christmas. Horrible people doing this. They are making a lot of money and there is no way of contacting them.
