Ordered two sets of expanable garden trellis in October 2020. However, despite contacting this company ( I use this word loosely ) every week since January 2021 I have yet to receive the item or a refund.
All I have received are excuses.
Sady this is a rubbish company.

I ordered a patio fireplace and have yet to receive the item. I purchased October 2020. I have continuously sent email correspondence and the keep saying that they are forwarding to their logistics department...

Found this company on Instagram. Ordered adjustable faux foliage fencing in August 2020. Never arrived from China, although USPS tracking said I received it. Sent several emails where they promised it was on it's way, still not received as of January 2021.

I ordered silicone drain plugs for around $35 on August 24, 2020 and have yet to receive them.
