11/2020. Just a day before Thanksgiving, we called a service repair person out to fix our refrigerator. The man came out and stated that we needed a new part. He stated that he installed a new part but would not show me evidence that the refridge was indeed working and would not give us back our old part. When I asked to have the old part, he packed up and said, "Call again if you have a problem." On a side note, he would not wear his mask in our home; he was yelling at us when we asked a question; and we he did not seem to understand the English language when we did ask a question. He appeared annoyed at us even questioning him as to why the refridge was NOT running after he repaired it. It NEVER ran again and we had it hauled away. I ended up having to buy a new fridge because it NEVER ran again. He also took apart another part and something flew out of it when he dismantled it. When I asked him if that was something that was needed and what was it, he stated that it wasn't needed and did not put it back. I absolutely got scammed and I confronted him within two minutes of giving him my credit card information. He stated he was busy and had to leave. He was rude and void of any compassion over what he had done. I called their office immediately and told the receptionist, a female. She also did not seem to care and absolutely did not offer resolution when I told her it was not running. I want others to be aware of how awful this company treated us and how poor this serviceman acted and what he did. Please do your homework and look for a reputable service. If I had not been under pressure to resolve the matter so quickly, I would have checked out all the awful reviews on this company.
