Refrigerator was not cooling. Called Reliable Appliance Service, Inc. and they said they would send repair person. He showed up and said he could fix it but I would have to pay up front for the part (compressor starter) it needed, I wrote check to them for $231.10 and he said he would be back the next day. He came back with what he said was the wrong part and would be back later that day. Came back and said it could not be fixed and buy a new one. Said his manager would call me about the money I paid and what was owed. Have called three times and no one is available to discuss ever and they say will call back and no response in three weeks. It’s a scam.
