He removed and replaced my 3 section sidewalk, just 2 weeks ago. The concrete now has multiple recession spots where the water just sits, several where there is no concrete, inconsistent coloring—grey in some areas, other it's pea gravel. He also did not return to remove the framing boards. Overall it's terrible work that must be redone completely. He has been paid in full, and was supposed to return with a invoice, but did not do so. I've called multiple times and left several voicemails.
Yesterday I did after the fact due diligence and it turns out that this business is not registered in Virginia and he is not a licensed contractor in this state for any type of work. One can assume then that he is neither insured nor bonded.
