My first instinct this wasn't legit was that he kept calling me "bro". Next he said he would send me a puppy that is only 3 weeks old. He said the website is under construction and that I could pay him via Western Union, Venmo, or Zelle. He gave me an address that Google maps shows as residential not a business. He did send a picture of the storefront but there isn't any pet store called Reliable Puppies anywhere in Colorado Springs. He gave me a phone # and a woman's name. When I pressed him for his email he gave he a man's name and a different phone number and just kept telling me the cost for reserving a puppy. He tried to sound like he was legit by saying he ships using Delta Airlines and American Airlines. When they *finally* gave me the email address they also told me to use the name " Miss Thang" when I use Zelle . Oh please. What a scammer.
