Type of a scam Employment
This scam was received by means of an email stating that the potential employee resume information was located on an employment search website (zip recruiter, career builder, etc..).
No telltale signs were immediately visible or apparent to give the impression of a scam. Not until 5 days after the supposed payday did a scam become apparent. The manager (Peter Lee) emailed official looking documents such as the employer policies, a 1099, a job description, an employment agreement, and payment form which made this employment scam seem more likely to be legitimate.
Multiple emails and voicemails were left with the only known number, (929) 262-6616, ultimately never receiving one reply after the paycheck was to be received.
Job duties included international shipping by means of receiving packages, attaching shipping labels, and then mailing such packages to the supposed "international shipping department" to be forwarded out of the U.S. to the final intended recipient.
An employee dashboard existed for the purpose of attaching receipt images and for package status updates.
Enough lost time, approximately 4 hours per day, was spent running back and forth between shipping organizations (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) printing labels, waiting for packages, mailing packages, communication, and dashboard updates to upset any hard working citizen to not be paid for his or her hard work.
Yes, that is correct, received no paycheck of the $2,400.00 agreed amount and even worse is the time spent getting this [censored] scammer (Peter Lee) paid from my own hard work and time will never be replaced.

Piggybacking losers should never get off easy and should pay the ultimate price.
