Reliable sent over a tech. to fix sub zero wine storage and was driving his own personal car. Tech had to uniform or tools with him. Showed the unit to him and he right away grabbed it from it's stop. He used no protection for the wood floors, so Dennis damaged my floors. We said look what you did to the floors. His answer was "It was heavy". Then the tech said you need a new compressor for $2000.00. He never looked at the unit or take it apart. How would he know? Does he have a magic wand. We then asked Dennis how are you going to fix the floor? No answer just a " I need you to pay $99. Refused and asked for a copy of the service order or business card. He would not give us anything. Made many calls until the office manager Peter called and he said that "he will not fix the floors". He said they have a disclaimer on the back of the receipt , which you get after the work is done, so damaged has already been done about damage. Told him we never got a receipt Dennis refused, At this point he acknowledge the damage and will not pay for it. Told him I have proof because the calls are tape. Peter said he is going to erase all my conversation with the company so there goes your proof. This is how they make there money, people try to make things right. Fraud and scam senior citizens.
