Caller leaves voicemail claiming that there is a legal claim being filed against us in our county. We need to call the 855 number with a case number otherwise someone will come find us at our house.

Received a voicemail from a Lauren Wallace from Palm Beach County saying a suit (201097) was being filed against a Denise Snyder (?) and my address was given as her residence. I was told that, if I did not respond, the suit would go forward with whomever this person might be, as her residing at my home. I called the number back and they did not want to identify themselves but agreed to take me off their contact list. When she finally said Reliance, I figured it must be some kind of collection agency but don’t know why they are using my name and address and contacting me.
