I got a call from 1877-688-2953. They told me that they were calling from Reiliant and that my lights were going to be turned off in 30 minutes due to not paying my bill. I don’t have Reliant as a carrier for my electric company but they told me that they were the same company. Than I was suppose to call the finance dept at 1877-688-2953. I called and the man that answered told me to send $506.00. I knew it was a scam. The people spoke only in Spanish.

Called saying I was behind on my reliant bill and that I needed to go to kroger and buy a personal gift card to pay.
