When seeking help for a problem with a lost iPad I wanted to contact apple. Unfortunately I called the 1st # listed which turned out to be this company. They told me I needed to buy an iTunes card for $100 to create a GPS search and that the money would be refunded in an hour. I did and when instructed to buy a higher denomination card some kind person at the store recognized this as a scam.
