purchased "buy one get one half off" shoes / OMI ZERO 3.0 RAMS & ROMI ZERO 3.0 KOOL GREYS were purchased. Used visa debit card at check out with billing address, zip code, CVV, email and phone number to check out. Received email from shipping company that the package was being shipped. UPS has not received package. Bogus email & phone number for company Have called 10 times over the last two weeks as well as sent 5 emails to customer service with no reply.
