Found a product online that absolutely no one else had in stock. Seller wanted to use PayPal at first but changed to requiring cash app. After they got my money they stopped responding to emails. I've received no product or refund after 3 weeks.

Placed order on www.Reloaders enter.com web site, paid using Apple Pay; received email confirmation of item plus shipping immediately following order. Three days later received IPhone instant message asking for an additional $170 for hazmat shipping and insurance. They indicated shipper was demanding payment but they would not tell me who the shipper was or how they were going to ship my order. Their web site indicated order to be received in 2-3 business days and no additional charges if shipping normally. We did not request expedited shipping.

I asked to cancel the order because of the unexpected charges, they refused to refund my payment.
