Offered merchandise on website. Given bill through email. Paid through bank transfer. Person contact was through text after I emailed them. They wanted additional money after transfer tat was not on original bill. I called to resolve but was told they would call back in 10 minutes but never did. Did not answer that phone number again. Tried another phone number and they answered one time. They had put me on hold and did not come back. They do not answer email or website requests from me.
