on March 10th I ordered reMarkables Paper Tablet spending $659. I didn't receive a confirmation email immediately and figured I would receive one soon with a tracking number associated with the package being delivered. After a week I search my email thinking it may have gone to spam and when I didnt find it I reached out to their support. The support team emailed back stating that the type folio(keyboard) the paper tablet used would be delayed 8 weeks but that the tablet would be sent soon. I proceeded to email them every week asking for my Tracking number and every time they refused to provide it saying it would be soon. Finally after a month of waiting for the tracking number, I emailed them to cancel my order, and the next day they replied and confirmed the cancellation request and would let me know when the refund would be sent to my account. A week later after no response, I received an email from the DHL delivery service with a tracking number and estimated delivery, I immediately began typing an email to the support team letting them know I no longer wanted the tablet and wanted my money back but before I could hit send they emailed me and stated the tablet was in transit and they could not issue a refund. I have reached out on Facebook, Twitter and through their support email demanding my refund and they are not responding. I feel like I basically loaned them money and would have expedited sending me the tablet if not for my demanding a refund and canceling my order. I feel scammed and taken advantage of.
