I ordered a bracelet for mom on April 22nd, for mother's day. It never arrived & everytime I contact the company, they just send me a tracking number, that shows that the shipping label was created for that order, but USPS still has not received it from the company. I asked for my money back & they told me they could not give me a refund. I told them I would report them & now thay are not responding to my emails.

Same as the other people mentioned here, I got scammed from this company. I paid for a gift with expedited shipping for Mother’s Day, however I never received updates so I emailed them to refund me since they never updated me however I only received a response saying “it’s in the manufacturing stage”, They completely dismissed my refund request and inquiry. Not to mention, the chat on their website is invalid, they have fake reviews on their website, and they delete comments that people have made about warning others on their Facebook, and block as well because they blocked me when I was trying to communicate with another individual who experienced the same thing. Now I cannot comment or message the company on Facebook at all. They also delete comments off of their Instagram and will block people who inquire about their orders in there as well. They never update or send tracking information via email either. Why have the option to pay for expedited if that’s the case? TikTok should’ve have advertised this company making them look legit with over 12k likes on the video, I can’t imagine how many other people have lost money over this horrible company, and during Mother’s Day and a pandemic? This company needs to be reprimanded and shut down, or someone needs to pay for getting away with this bull[censored].

There is actually no evidence that any consumers have actually gotten any product from this company. They will not ship you anything and provide updates. There is no where for anyone to leave a review on their website OR Facebook page and if you comment on one of their posts warning others they will delete it immediately. When you ask for an update they will sometimes message back a few days later with 1-2 word responses.

I learned of this company through an advertisement on tiktok. I placed an order (along with many other tiktok users), and they took our money, but don't fulfill orders. They delete everyone's complaints from their Facebook and Instagram pages so nobody has any warning that the business is not legit. They accepted payments through quadpay (who has since removed them from their merchants). They will not refund anyone that they've scammed, and quit responding to my emails once I let them know I felt like I was being scammed. I reported them to Facebook, Instagram, and quadpay.

Same experience as the others. I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago on April 20th for my mom for Mother's Day. After 2 weeks I asked for a status update... Was told it was in final production. They created a shipping label through USPS 6 days ago, but never shipped it. I messaged them on Friday, received a response Monday saying it takes a few days to ship. I told them it had been 5 days since the label was printed, but didn't receive a response. Messaged them again today letting them know label was printed 6 days ago, my mom didn't get to receive her gift in time even though I paid for expedited shipping, and am still awaiting a response.

I ordered a bracelet with this company on April 22nd. Same issue as the other complaints. No tracking or any indication that it’s been shipped. Only a confirmation email on the date I ordered. I reached out via email and did receive a response basically telling me they would not refund me because my order had already been processed. I told them they better refund me or I would cause havoc. If anyone who is experiencing the same issue would like to reach out to me so we can team up against this scam company my email is [email protected].

I purchase two bracelets from this website on April 23,2021. Have not received a tracking number nor a email response . I sent them many emails regarding my purchase and I have not received a responses.

I purchased a bangle from this company on April 22nd in hopes that it would be here for Mother's Day. I received an order number, but no tracking number (1st flag), and figured I would get one once the order was finished and sent off. It said it would take 8-15 business days for everything to be completed, including shipping, so I decided to get in contact with the company on the 27th to see how my order was coming along, and potentially receive a tracking number. I received an email in response saying that once the order was finished I would receive the tracking number and was reminded about the time-line. I figured I was being impatient, so I decided to give it another week. Yesterday, I emailed the company again asking about the product and didn't get a response. Checked my email again today, no snswer. So I went on the company's website and clicked on the 'contact us' selection and was redirected to their Facebook page. I tried to message them on there but they only had preloaded questions that you could send. I saw a post of the bangle I ordered and left a comment underneath giving them a little bit of information and asked if anyone else had experienced this issue. A girl inboxed me a few moments later saying she went through the same thing, that she also left a comment and they deleted it. I went to check my comment on their page and it was gone. I left another comment under the same post and then proceeded to leave comments under every picture on their page. Halfway through, they must've blocked me because I could no longer leave, nor see, anymore comments. I went back to the messenger and was able to type a message in but was unable to send it. I then decided to try and email the company again, no response. I reported the page on Facebook, called my bank to file a dispute, and emailed the company, again, asking for a refund.
