Ended my subscription but was still charged. Contacted last November, said it was ended. Then the same in January and was assured it was ended. Now more recently I discovered I was still being charged ($4.99 a week). Reached out 3 times in same day, all responses were just how to cancel subscription, generic responses to still being charged after cancelling. Only actual response was they couldn't refund me. But seemingly no explanation as to why I am being charged with no subscription.

Disputed charges at the bank... had to get a new debit card, and was only able to get about $25 back from the disputes.
